Abstract

Building a serious digital product as a solo founder has become a coordination problem.

While tools have improved and access to technology has expanded, the underlying structure of work still assumes teams, hierarchies, and constant human coordination. As a result, individuals are forced to simulate organizations inside their own minds.

Solaigo proposes a different model.

By orchestrating specialized AI agents around a single objective — with human judgment preserved at the center — Solaigo enables one person to operate with the leverage, structure, and coherence of a full team.

This document outlines the problem, the principles behind Solaigo, and the long-term vision for solo, system-driven creation.
